Returns Policy

Rugs may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange provided that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Rugs that are damaged will not be accepted for return.

Stock Availability

In-Stock Items: Rugs that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of order. Pre-Order Items: If the rug you selected is on pre-order, you will be notified and provided with the estimated re-stock date. We strive to keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery timeline.
