Your rug is designed for everyday living and will age beautifully with simple, regular care.
Vacuum regularly using suction only on a low setting. Avoid rotating brush heads.
Blot spills immediately using a dry paper towel or clean white cloth. Never rub.
If a stain cannot be removed, seek specialist advice.
Avoid steam cleaning, harsh cleaners or machine washing
Rotate every 6 months for even wear
Use a quality rug underlay to improve stability, enhance comfort and protect your rug over time.
We recommend sizes from 160x230cm or 155x255cm. The preference is to be able to place your feet on the rug when you are seated to provide you with maximum comfort. The rug should provide a border around the main furniture piece in your room.
Medium Areas
We recommend sizes from 190x280cm, 200x290cm or 200x300cm. The rug should frame your space, so the preference is to have a rug large enough so that it extends beyond the length of your lounge by at least 10-20cm on each side. In a bedroom, it should extend at least 50cm out from the sides of the bed to provide a luxurious resting place for your feet when you get in and out of bed.

We recommend sizes from 280x380cm or 300x400cm In a spacious room, aim to buy a large enough rug to fit all pieces of room furniture on it. You don't want the furniture to feel cramped, so make sure there is sufficient space between the furniture items..

*If you are in a rural and/or remote area, a small extra charge for shipping your rug may apply and you will be contacted prior to dispatch if this applies to your postcode. Delivery times vary depending on your location, however the below timings are a rough guide:
Rugs (excluding Runners and Doormats)
Rugs are shipped via courier (Hunter Express)
We cannot ship rugs to P.O. Boxes or via Parcel Collect
Please allow roughly 1-3 weeks for your rug to arrive
Rugs are dispatched within 3-5 business days from your purchase date (except for pre-orders)
If there is no one home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery (no costs apply for re-delivery)
If you have requested an 'Authority to Leave' (ATL), the rug/s will be left at your home or business in a safe place if you are not home to sign for the delivery.
We recommend against requesting ATL, as Rugs For Good will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods with an ATL
